Keto Pumpkin Desserts
It’s still festive food month and Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK! Today’s recipe round up is all about pumpkin. I love pumpkin, particularly pumpkin desserts. Here are a few that caught my eye.
Cream Cheese Pumpkin Roll
I found this pumpkin roll recipe over at No Bun Please. My mother-in-law makes the yummiest pumpkin roll. It looks very much like this one so I was really excited to find this sugar-free, low-carb version.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse
This looks just like my Cream Cheese Fluff Dessert except with Pumpkin. I have to believe it is just as good as my fluff and maybe better with the yummy addition of pumpkin! I found this recipe over at Keto Cooking Christian.

Mini Pumpkin Pies
Looks at these super cute, mini Pumpkin Pies. This is a great recipe for me since I’m the ONLY ONE in my house who likes pumpkin desserts. If I make a pie, I eat the whole pie (eventually). I love the idea of little bite size treats. I found this keto recipe over at Joy Filled Eats.

Instant Pot Keto Pumpkin Pie

One last recipe is for those of you with an Instant Pot. I haven’t yet made a cheesecake in my instant pot but I’m eager to. This Instant Pot Pumpkin pie looks super delicious. If I can find some other people to share with I just might make it. I found this low-carb recipe over at Fun Desserts.
