Food freedom is only possible when your choices feel truly flexible.

I don't do rigid meal plans or permanent food bans. I do food education—so you understand how different foods affect YOUR body, YOUR energy, YOUR sleep, YOUR cravings.

Phase 1: Reduce Inflammation, Stabilize Your Foundation

If you're dealing with constant hunger, sugar cravings, poor sleep, or metabolic issues, we'll address what's causing the most inflammation first. This might mean temporarily adjusting grains, dairy, or other triggers—not forever, just long enough for you to feel the difference.
