I’m Amy White, a certified nutritionist and life coach. I am your nutritionist and life coach. I am here to support you. Your private 1:1 coaching calls are where we will discuss how to personalize your Hangry to Healthy™ experience. We will be creating weekly, doable, action steps that address your specific body imbalances so that you lose your excess weight for the last time.

Weekly Group Coaching Calls

Once you’ve finished your scheduled, private 1:1 coaching you are encouraged to continue your weekly coaching as part of the group. While you will have the weekly guidance, support  and accountability you enjoyed during your private coaching calls you get even more with the group.

As part of the group you’ll be surrounded by like minded, supportive, peers who bring a level of energy, ideas, encouragement and possibility that will continue to move you confidently & consistently toward your body goals and beyond.
