If you want your body to function properly you have to give it the raw materials it needs to balance your metabolic hormones. It’s not hard, but you have to know what to do. Food is information. The right food sends the right message. When the hormones that control your metabolism get the right message you feel and look great. It’s that simple.

Metabolic Hormones in Harmony

Join the group. Learn and make positive changes with other like minded, motivated, inspirational people. This is a small group program, enrollment is limited. If you think the Metabolic Harmony program is for you please contact me to discuss upcoming group meeting dates and times.

12-week group program $150. (minimum of 5 people)

The 14 day liver detoxification program is a stand alone program. This is included in the 12-week Metabolic Harmony program at an additional cost of $140.00. Buying and using the detoxification protein powder and supplements is not mandatory but it is recommended.

It will be my pleasure to help with any vitamin/supplement recommendations and any blood lab testing that group members request. These items are optional and will be an additional charge beyond the price of the group program. Prices will vary depending on the request.

Face-to-Face

This program is currently being run as a face-to-face group in Chico, CA. If you are outside of Butte county, CA and interested in the group please watch for announcements about the upcoming live webinar group.
