LOSE WEIGHT FOR THE LAST TIME

Losing weight for the last time happens when you bring your body into balance. A body in balance is a body that stays lean, strong and healthy as a result of you living your normal, everyday life.

If you're ready for the one-and-done solution that will allow you to gain control over food, end the overeating and reclaim the body you love so that you feel lean, strong and healthy then you're in the right place. Please use the scheduling calendar below to set up your free consult to talk about how you can lose weight for the last time.

I See You...

Leaner

What does lean feel like? Good question. It might be easier to think about what lean doesn't feel like - 'fluffy, pooched out and backed up'.  That's how one of my clients so eloquently put it and I couldn't agree more. So, if that's NOT lean then lean would be: tighter (bye jiggle), flatter/slimmer (bye muffin top), happy gut (bye constipation, gas and bloating).

Stonger

We're all aging but that doesn't mean you have to lug around extra weight. Focusing on your protein intake while losing weight is how you lose it without gaining it back. Protein rich food manages muscle which keeps your metabolism humming. This allows you to eat without gaining weight. Muscle allows your body to properly use the calories you eat so that you don't store them as fat.

Healthier

Learning to manage your mind is a super power that up levels all areas of your life. Increasing your self-awareness, self-confidence and self-reliance will make you the master of your world. Weight loss is a great example of the power of your mind. You can know 'all the things' to do but if you don't know how to manage your mind know what to do won't create the lasting results you want.

About Me.

My name is Amy White. I am a board certified Nutritionist, professional Life Coach and weight loss expert.

If you're a women who wants to regain control of your body so that you can feel great while losing weight for the last time then I’m the coach you’ve been looking for.

My body imbalance hit me at 37. I didn't know 'dieting' and I didn't want to. From what I understood 'dieting' was a thing that never ended. Once you got started you were in for life. No thank you!

I wanted to figure my body out. I didn't want to spend the rest of my life thinking about my weight and micromanaging my ever bite. I wanted to get back to me. I wanted to lose the weight, get rid of my aches and pains and have the energy to do what I wanted to do and then never have to think about fixing me again.

My 40s were great but my 50s have been even better. I'm 56 in this photo. I'm healthier, leaner, stronger and happier than I was at 37. It's been 15 years since I 'lost the weight forever'.
